Dr. Hue-Sun Ahn approaches psychological issues from the perspective that one’s psychological development is affected by one’s personal history and by the current environment. She enjoys helping individuals and communities identify strengths and resources that promote resiliency and healthy development.
Dr. Hue-Sun Ahn is a 1.5 generation Korean American who moved to the US at the age of 8, and is bilingual in Korean and English. She received her bachelors degree from Johns Hopkins University and her masters and doctorate degrees in counseling psychology from University of Pennsylvania. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Pennsylvania Counseling and Psychological Services and has worked at several university counseling centers in the region, including Princeton University, The College of New Jersey and Temple University. She has been practicing for over 25 years, including over 15 years at this Princeton location.
